No. Use Minsas in your browser, or install the app if you prefer. Both drivers can complete and sign on one phone or separate phones. Your account and data are the same in the app and browser.

Yes. In Minsas, both drivers complete one report, each in their own language. Spoken and written notes are translated for the other driver. Both sign the same report in the standard form.

Around 10–20 minutes. It depends on whether one or both drivers fill it in and whether you have your documents with you. If your vehicle and policy are already saved in Minsas, it's even quicker.

No. The statement records what happened. If you both agree who caused the accident, you can mark it. If you don't agree, leave it open, and the insurers decide.

Minsas is free for drivers, with all personal-driver features included for up to 3 vehicles. Paid fleet plans add company tools for managing vehicles, drivers, policies and claims.

Yes. Just like the paper form, Minsas works with any car: your own, a company car, a rental or a car registered in another country, at home or abroad in Europe. No national eID is needed, and Minsas is available worldwide, in the app or browser.

Yes. One driver starts the report and shares its joining link with the other. You each add your details, review and sign the same statement. Both drivers then receive it by email.

It's easy. Based on the circumstances you selected, Minsas suggests a ready-made road layout, such as a crossroads, a roundabout or a straight road. You just move and turn the vehicles to show what happened. You can also place them on a satellite image of the accident location.

After both drivers sign, you each receive the completed European Accident Statement by email. You can also send it to your insurer, broker or another recipient.

Your report stays in Minsas with its photos and messages. You can resend it at any time. Minsas also keeps your policies together and helps you track their expiry dates.
